How do I know that my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, with all the details of your order

I did not receive any confirmation email?

We’re sorry you haven’t received it yet. Please check your spam or promotions folder, just in case it landed there. If you haven’t received the email please write us to [email protected] with your requirement and delivery address in detail.

What are the shipping fees?
Domestic Shipping & Charges

Parijata Herbs delivers to every location/pin code in India. We provide domestic shipping via India Post/ Professional Couriers/ DTDC/ Bluedart/ Delhivery. Shipping service provider depends on the delivery pincode. We offer free shipping for all orders above ₹1500/-.

International Shipping & Charges

At present we do not ship outside India.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders once confirmed, usually ship out the next business day.(Saturday & Sunday is a holiday.)

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Cancellation and Refund policy

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, but all the cancellation request must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped. Orders once processed cannot be canceled if shipped.

How do you refund my money if the order is canceled?

We will refund the amount to the same account from which payment was made. And it will reflect in your account statement once the refund is complete.

How long it take to receive my refund?

It takes almost seven working days to make the refund to your account.

Returns Policy

If You Receive a Damaged or Broken Package

If your package arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please:

  • Take clear images of the damaged carton within 24 hours of delivery
  • Mention the damage when acknowledging receipt with the courier partner
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition

If You Receive a Defective Product

In case the product you received is defective, please:

  • Share images of the defective item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery
  • Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging

Email the images to [email protected]
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked up by our team. Once received and verified at our facility, we will initiate a refund or replacement accordingly.
